It's been a bit of a quiet month on the blog front. I've had a lot going on this month, including being ill and feeling sorry for myself, studying hard for my exams and trying to get a new job. Next month will be much of same, and it is my last month of sixth form ever so I'll be seriously busy. I'll try to make it on here when I can because I really miss blogging, and once I finish sixth form I'll be a free agent with plenty of time for blogging so I'm allowing myself this little break until then. XOXO

Is it possible that I've only posted once this month?! I've sort of accidentally taken a break from the blogging recently, as I just haven't been feeling inspired or as enthusiastic as usual. Hopefully this is me getting back into the swing of things. I've been desperately looking for a statement necklace for a long while now, and I've finally found one that is seriously cool and just what I've been looking for. It took me a little bit of searching to find this chain, which was £12 from River Island. It was one of the cheapest necklaces I found, but is still heavy and feels far more expensive. It was a complete bargain, but still feels pretty heavy and really good quality. It's really simple and minimalistic, goes with everything and is a super easy way to mix up a basic outfit. I was surprised to find myself captivated by these boots, because they are quite different to my usual style. They are seriously boho and would look so good all year round. I'm thinking... leather trousers in autumn or shorts in the summer. In fact, I think they would look amazing with almost anything! They remind me a lot of those recent Isabel Marant boots with the pointed toe and baggy ankle style, although these come with a much friendlier pricetag.
