WEDGE SNEAKERS

 

These are my new favourite shoes! They are amazing! I spent ages looking for some wedge sneakers and found these at Boohoo. They were a really decent price at £30 so I snapped them up straight away. I was a little bit worried before they arrived that they might be impractical for everyday wear, but I found that they are so comfortable and easy to walk in. I've worn them so many times at college and for a full day at work and they didn't hurt at all or cause any problems. They go with everything and I will practically be living in them the next few months. I love them so much! XOXO

MULBERRY AUTUMN/WINTER 2012 CAMPAIGN

 

I've been so tired and busy getting back into the whole school routine that I haven't blogged in a bit. It's just a quick one today I'm afraid, but I will be doing a lot more soon promise! So I was looking through some magazines a few days ago, and while doing so I had to stop to admire these stunning new Mulberry campaign shots. They are inspired by 'Where The Wild Things Are' and are so beautiful and soft and surreal. Lindsey Wixson plus giant furry monsters equals a completely adorable and gorgeous campaign. XOXO

 

BLACK HALF MOON CLAWS

 

I adored these nails! This was my second attempt at half moon nails (see my first here) and this time they turned out perfect. I used curved stickers and by doing so this created a clean line and made the whole thing really easy. I think they looked fierce and slick and I think they were just the best. I am sad to say that this is the last of the super long nails for a while, because I had to get rid of them a few days ago. They were making writing at school impossible and just needed to go. I was so gutted! :( I'll wait until the next school break before I do them again but I will be trying it with false nails because they are a million times quicker :) XOXO

BACK TO SCHOOL!!... :| Eugh I've only been back two days and I already feel like I need a break. I can't tell yet whether it is just that I am incredibly sleep deprived, but I am feeling really SO awful at the moment. Emotionally I am all over the shop. School is probably the easiest and best aspect of my current life. I love that I am back with some of my close friends and getting started with my final year. I wore this on Thursday (I think, I am losing track of days) and it has been pretty hot the last few days so this top was ideal as it was really light. I also love it because it is so pretty. XOXO

WEEKEND IN LONDON

I feel like I haven't been on here in ages (four days is a long time) but I have been so tired and busy that writing has been the last thing that I wanted to do. This is from Saturday when I had work all day and then went to stay in London for a few days. I went just to see my grandparents and my uncle and auntie because I don't get to see them very much and I miss them loads. My grandad and I spent most of the time kicking back and watching the Paralympics. I loved seeing my family again because recently I realised how lucky I am to have these people in my life, and I am making it my new goal to spend as much time with them as possible. XOXO

LADY GAGA FOR V MAGAZINE

 

I love Lady Gaga and I love super-long stiletto nails. Naturally this article had my full attention. Gaga writes a column for V Magazine don't cha know? And in her latest, Gaga spills on the importance of proper nails. Gaga, being the style guru that she is, had plenty of advice for us mere mortals on the latest nail trends. Above, Gaga has a set of some her favourite trends, including 3D nail art and textured nails too (sorry about the tiny writing). She also had an intelligent set of points on why manicures are essential.
